Although the plumbed-in option is cheaper, some customers prefer a bottled water cooler.
Sometimes a water cooler is required in a location where there is no water mains connection nearby (but see our Satellite System as a way of resolving this issue whilst still retaining many of the advantages of plumbed-in water coolers). In other cases, users require branded water. Although bottled water coolers have a slightly lower upfront cost than bottle-less (plumbed-in) coolers, the major cost comes in the form of purchasing bottled water.
Many vendors sell you the actual cooler at a very low price but lock you in to a long contract for the supply of bottled water. This bottled water is normally more expensive than can be obtained elsewhere and you cannot switch to another supplier if deliveries prove to be unreliable.
At chilloutwater.co.uk, we sell bottled-water coolers as standalone items. We do not sell bottled water but we can put you in touch with a reliable supplier. (You will not be required to sign a fixed-term contract, so you're free to switch to another supplier anytime you like). Bottled water coolers require sanitisation. Some coolers need to be sanitised more often than others, some are easier to sanitise than others and some (DIY kits are available or we can visit your site to sanitise your water coolers).
